I am trying to remove the pin that the chain tensioner rail pivots on, for a 91 190e 2.3. I read in a post that some use a vaccum hose for this. I was wondering how this works. Do you just push a peice of hose through the opening behind the pin in order to push the pin out? If so, is it really in there this loosely?
