Question Central Lock Not Working!!

hi members,

My lovely 500E wont lock the doors and boot when I press on the Imobiliser On button!! It just cuts the power supply to the car red lamp in dash blinks but the doors are unlocked!!!

I appreciate any expert advice on this urgent matter, thanks.

same happens with my s500..dont know whats wrong still.. i dont hear the unlocking pump in the back seat so thats what im guessing it is..

On the 124 car, does the central lock work with the blade key? If so, you've lost a input to the cl pump. On the 140, do the headrests (rear) or the trunk closing tounge work? Both run off the the CL pump as well, and the 140 will break off the tubes on the line connectors at the pump (under the r/r seat). Those are non- serviceable.

on my s500 w140, the headrest button or the seat button dont work i dont know which one it is, ill find out tomorrow..but it makes a vibrating noise like its stuck and doesnt move for like 15 seconds...

what do you mean by and the 140 will break off the tubes on the line connectors at the pump (under the r/r seat). Those are non- serviceable. ?? I can't fix it???

Hashem, check the fuse and connectors to the central locking vacuum pump underneath your right rear seat.
