Does anyone know what the part number is for the front license plate bracket of a 1994 s500? or if anyone knows where i could get one. do i have to drill a hole on my bumper to have it attached? thank you.

I got mine through the dealer about 6 months after purchase. They had to drill holes. If you don't have obvious holes (parallel) then I think they would need to drill holes.

You'll need to paint it to match your color. There are holes in my bumper that appear to have been drilled to match those in the bracket.
