Hello,
I have a 1972 280SE 4.5 and am wondering if there is anyone who has knowledge of a transmission application that would provide an overdrive to the 4.5 M117 engine? The car cruises nicely on the highway but an extra gear would be very welcome indeed.
I found one for sale at ebay but have no idea if it would work or not. link is below.
