W210 Stuck wheeel
It's always something.. In a attempt to replace my lower control arm bushings.. I can't remove the wheel.. I have took out all 5 lugs, and the wheel won't budge.. I have removed the passenger side lower control arm, so I can't drive the car on the wheel to loosen it up.. Does anybody know of any tricks.. I have soaked it with WD-40, but won't budge..

A large hammer or mallet come to mind.

I'm afraid of bending the rim with the hammer or mallet, I tried a 2x4 with a hammer to no avail.. I have the sport option, the rims are the 5 holes

Try pounding on the tire instead of the rim. If you can't get it off with a few pounds from your hand then try kicking the tire with your foot at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions.
I use anti-seeze compound on the wheel hub to prevent the tire from "welding" onto the hub.

Very common problem.
A few methods I have used with success. 1) Place block of wood on inside of wheel and whack outwards with hammer. 2) Place block of wood on inside of wheel and use large prybar or pipe with end resting on something solid on the frame. Pry outwards. 3) Very gently set car down onto wheel, and use weight of car to bust it free. Obviously you need to be careful with this one... 4) For a front wheel, you can sometimes just put the lugs on loosely, and turn the steering wheel to break it free. 5) Once had one stuck so bad I used a couple of blocks of wood and a scissors jack against the frame. Aluminum and steel like to fuse. The antiseize method does work.

I had this problem the first time I took my wheels off! I now put the anti-seize between the wheel and the mounting surface on the rotor being carful not to get any on the lugs or friction surface of the rotor. But I would do as suggested to free it up, but r-connect the control arm first. Good Luck!

Another product that may help loosen the metal is PB Nutblaster. About 5 bucks a can and found at most parts stores. Intended to help loosen stuck or frozen metals.
I have found it to work really well in combination with prying/pounding/yelling. |

I know what wheels you have, and I know if you use the cars weight to nock it off you are going to damage the wheel my brother has the same. When you use wood, you are dampning the blow too much. Try using a rubber mallet on the tire from the inside to the outside. Or a baseball bat (aluminum) would be good. If you are fighting your wheel, you are going to fight the lower control arms much worse... I know why antisieze was invented.

Finally !!!!!!
I finally got the wheel off.... I used the jack that came with the car.., I put the part that goes on the ground on the edge of the rim and the part that goes in the hole, in a little hole behind the spring seat. I had to use a small peice of 2x4 to hold it up,,, but a couple cranks and the wheel popped right off..
