fuse #33 model 140

I have no voltage to fuse #33, on the fuse block. Could you tell me what activates the voltage to this fuse. On the schedule of fuses it states climate control. I am having problems with my blower motor working on and off. Its is 1993 300SE, model 140.

Without going through alot of research, I think I've seen this before. I think your problem is the ignition switch. Have someone wiggle the key back and forth a little while you test for voltage. I assume you are testing with the key in the ON position?
