Broken Glass ....... Help with panel to replace glass!

My 1980 450SE euro has a broken front passenger side window. I have purchased the new glass but, I'm having problems removing the door panel. Hmmmmmmmm, how do I get the panel removed from around the door lever, there are no instructions in my Shop Manual.
