M119 engine in '95 W124 body or '96 W210

Recently I asked for opinions regarding W124, E320 or E420 . Thanks a lot for your advice. I am definately going to buy a car with the M119 engine.

Now I am considering to buy a '95 E420 or should I perhaps pay a little more for the '96 W210 boddy with the same engine? Is thw W124 body perhaps a safer bet?
