108 Help
I have a 1972 280 SE. I was cleaning up the floor mats and came across a small rust hole behind the passenger seat floorbord. Well before you know it I have a 2'x1' hole in the floorboard. Poor ole MELLY. She done got the car cancer. Anybody have any suggestions on fixing the hole. She has been in in my life for at least 10 years. Sniff Sniff I have got a friend in Germany looking into getting all new rubber seals for her. Any help would be appreciated

If the rust is confined to the floor pan you should be able to replace/patch the area. Not sure if new pan sections are available or if you will have to fabricate one. I know there have been some sheet metal and floor pan replacement suppliers discussed in the vintage forum. A search might prove fruitful.
