1993 400SEL - Reliability?

I'm currently looking into purchasing a 1993 400SEL, and I was wondering how reliable the car is. I know it's a Mercedes, and will be stable. But the ones I am looking at are high mileage, and I would like to know if there are any problems when they have high milage. Thanks
