Here it is; 86 190E 2.3-16, when the gas pedal is down more the a third way down (especially pushing the pedal fast), the engine refuses to accelerate. It acts like it's not getting enough fuel and RPM just stays the same. It only happens under load and I do plan on replacing the fuel filter if it means anything. Could it be the infamous fuel pump relay/OVP relay? Thanks for any response.

Be sure to check the output of the fuel pump. I have seen many faulty lately. You have to check it as outlined in the manual. I think that it is one litre in 40 seconds.
