Where are the spark plugs for this model? How do I replacement? I looked under the hood and can't figure it out.

Since its a 97 it must be a 104 inline six. Remove the center cover of the motor and the plugs are under it.

Beware!! IF you had to ask this question, I will assume your profession is other than a mechanic. We undergo years of training to service these cars. If you screw something up, it will cost you at LEAST double to have a tech repair.

The reason I asked the question was that after removing the engine cover (W210), I saw six wires on top of the engine, three go into the engine, the other three go into some types of connectors then feeds into the engine. I was confused by these 3 connectors, since I've never seen this on other makes of cars before.
Thanks for your replies. P.S. Benzmac, I will take it to a shop for service, but I just wanted to know how the job is done. MH |
