Maintenence Schedule coming up for 300E

Im about to hit 110k miles on my 1989 300E. What maintenence items need to be replaced/inspected? I heard a tune-up at this stage is required. The car runs exceptionally well, execept for its 2 quarts of oil it eats every 3k miles. Could someone give me a list of what needs to be replaced/repaired/inspected?? The owners manual is pretty much a waste of time and does not state anything in specifics. Thanks in advance........
