SL Wheel Alignment Problem

I have an SL320 1996 W 129 - On lowering the car I took the car to have a 4 wheel alignment. Wheels are AMG 18" two piece alloys.

The left front camber and right front caster readings would not adjust to specified settings. Every time the bolts for these settings were turned the settings decreased and then increased back to out of alignment. All other settings camber, caster, toe and total toe were able to be set to normal.

Is this because the lower control arm bushings/ball joint are worn or is there another area that needs to be checked.

Rear wheel Camber was showing 1.58 and 2.00. I understand from other posts that the rear camber can not be adjusted and that less than 2.00 should not cause abnormal tyre wear.

Any help on the above would be appreciated.

Parry
