more heater problems with 123

Thanks to all for all your help with my heat problems. I found out that both my servo and my auxilliary water pump were frozen. I got a rebuilt servo from Phillip Reinhardt and a new water pump. However I received them at separate times with the servo coming in first. Because I had to mail the core back, I replaced the servo first then the pump a week later. When I first replaced the servo, I heard the wheels spinning in the unit and it trying to work for about 5 minutes and then it stoped. I did not try the heat until yesterday when I replaced the water pump. Still no heat. Question is - did I fry the servo or a relay when I replaced it? I hope not - I really do not want to spend another $300 for another one. Two more things I need to point out. I have a leak in the central vaccum system and when I took down the kick pannel on the passenger side, there was a lot of an oil-like leakage from a insulated coil like structure. Is that the heater core? Please Help!!!!
