300e mounts Febi vs more oem looking no name?

On the fastlane site,there are 2 mounts listed for a 300e
(1) a Febi motor mount listed cheaper than the(2) more oem looking mount.
Which is better,has anybody used the Febi mount?why is it different shape than the oem?
