non-mb car question...looking for an O2 sensor

Where might I find the O2 sensor on a 1990 Buick LeSabre?

I check FastLane and was able to see what one looks like, but where might this be?

Thanks, and sorry for the non-MB request.

well, it's in the exhaust system.
Could be screwed right into the exhaust manifold, or the pipe, somwhere between the engine & catalytic converter.

According to www.oxygensensors.com , it's a single wire sensor for about $20

well, seeing as how a LeSabre is going to be FWD, and the exhaust manifold is typically in the front of the engine, I would guess somewhere behind the radiator on the exhaust system.

If you dont find it within the height of the engine (meaning not under the car), I would ask a mechanic. He will more than likely throw Murphy's Law right in your face by opening the hood and pointing at it in 1.2 seconds. Believe me, I have been right there and no matter how many times it happens you still feel like an idiot.

Thank You

Thanks all for the replys. I peeked in there this morning, but I didn't "think" I saw. Of course, as you said, I probably glanced over it a half-dozen times
