would the fuel distributor have anything to do with the benz rough ideling?

Answer is yes fuel distributor is part of fuel system ,the ignition system also will cause rough idle,any vacuum leak??

It WAS the cause of a rough idle in my case.
Steve B. diagnosed it for me, after I tried to fix all the "regular" suspects...

I'll lose fuel line on top of fuel distributor one by one with engine running try to find out witch one cause running problem and then put a test injector on it start engine see the injector spray fuel or not ??? becareful with GAS.

So if theres a problem with the distributor, is changing it the only option? Also is getting a used one a good idea?
