S600 recommended oil weights+some other questions.

Quick question what summer weight say above 50 degrees do you recommend for an S600? The oil will be M1. I think 10w-30 is in there now.
Also when should the timeing chain be done?
One more, did they have the 4spd or 5spd transmission in 1995? What fluid should be used.
