Caveats on C36 engine in 1988 W124 300TE

Given a complete C36 engine (modified M104) with brain & wiring harness, does anyone foresee any problems in placing this in a 1988 W124 300TE?

I've been told the tranny should bolt right up, and the engine mounts as well.
