A thermo-vacuum switch, normally color coded to make identification easier. If you need to install a new one you may find it helpful to remove the switch and use the numbers on it in order to obtain the replacement. Probably wouldn't hurt to replace the specially formed rubber hoses as well.
You may find it easier on the fingers to do this while the engine is cold!!! Good Luck |
