I am getting close i think to finding out what is causing my bad idle . I am not questioning why the voltage at start up and idle at the idle air valve is ONLY 1.25 volts dc. From other posts on the forum i have concluded that this voltage should be closer to full battery .Is this correct???
If so it would appear that they ICU is not putting out the proper voltage to the air valve and that must be creating my hard start and rough idle condition.
