89 190e -2.6:starts then stalls
The car will run for 5 seconds then the fuel pump quits and the car stalls. Replaced the fuel pump relay. If you by pass the cis system the car runs fine. Any suggestions ?

Do you mean; remove the fuel pump relay & jump treminals 30 & 87 to make the fuel pump run?
IF so then the only missing signal needed is the RPM signal at terminal TD.

When testing the td plug in the socket, that according to all data program when I checked the voltage between socket 10 and 11 and I'm getting 6.5 volts(range is 6-12 volts ) The car has a new
td sensor installed , new fuel pump relay, also tested car with another cise control unit car still shuts off after 2 seconds. You can hear the fuel pump stop running and then the engine dies. |

The ignition module(EZL) processes the flywheel sensor signal(AC) into a DC square wave signal. That signal is shared with the tach & a/c KLIMA relay.
