Where to send valve body and/or get tranny rebuilt?

The diagnosis it not final yet, but it is looking like the valve body might be warped or just plain not functioning correctly in my 126. The indy I went to mentioned some place in Texas that does nothing but MB and BMW transmissions. He said they rebuild valve bodies and of course entire transmissions. Of course to save on labor, I'm trying to find a cheaper way around this. I have a friend who worked for as a Dodge mechanic at a dealer for 7 years, so I am confident he can R&R the VB just fine.

I know of Metric Motors out in CA that are MB engine gurus, is there a place equivilant for MB transmissions? Doesn't necessarily have to be the place in TX.
