Okay, Willy are you positive that you cleared all the codes on each module. In addition, does you check engine light remain on after starting.

Yes, I've cleared the codes a number of times. After a bit of driving, the #26 comes back and the CE light comes on and stays on (until I clear again). The #11 comes from another module and that one by itself does not turn on the CE.

Well... looks like I resolved the #26 code.

I cleared my codes a few weeks ago. Will see if #11 pops back up.

My mechanic notice a crack in the vacuum hose that connects the black with green stripe vacuum line to what I think was an SOV. He simply cut off the broken piece and reattached... then I cleared the codes. Nothing back yet. The broken piece looked like this: http://img.eautopartscatalog.com/live/B202073183.JPG
