300SDL Rear Window Won't Go Back Up

I had all the windows down today and when I went to put them back up the driver side rear window will not go back up. I tried both switches to no avail. There is some noise from behind the door panel when I try to close window. I am not really sure if noise is from a motor or window regulator.

Any suggestions on what the problem may be? Also, comments on how to remove door panel would be appreciated.
