change outside temp from C to F?

I have an 85 380SE and the outside air temp gage reads in C. Can this be changed to F without changing the dash LCD module? Also the Becker Grand Prix radio has a 24 hour clock, can this be changed to 12 hour mode? I checked the search. Thanks, Jim
