Changing Serpentine Belt

I was inspecting my belt and decided it could use a change. But it's not like other cars I have done. It's an 89 2.6L 190E. Do I have to remove the fan? Which is the tensioner?

Here's some of the answer -

What's procedure to tighten W124 Belt?

The rest of it lies in knowing that to adjust the tensioner you turn the 13mm hollow nut sticking up by the power steering reservoir.
