Hello,
I need some help with the blower motor. I have determined that the motor needs replacement but I am not sure if the blower wheel is easily separated from the shaft. I see that you can buy the blower motor with and without the blower wheel. How easily does the wheel separate (the wheel appears to be in good condition). 84 300SD 248K |

We made a specail tool for removal. Without it, you probably will break the fan.
Just purchase the one with the blade and get a balanced unit. ------------------ Benzmac: Donnie Drummonds 300E ASE CERTIFIED MASTER AUTO TECHNICIAN SERVICE MANAGER FOR 14 BAY FACILITY MERCEDES SPECIALIST 8 YRS PARTNER IN MERCEDESSHOP.COM |
