Place the selector lever in PARK. Remove the pan and filter. There are three 50mm long bolts by the TV plunger and 12 / 55mm long retaining bolts in the valve body housing. Make a note of them.
Unscrew all but one of the 15 /10mm bolts from the valve body housing. Unscrew the last bolt and remove the valve body housing. Installation. Ensure that the selector valve engages the linkage pin when installing the valve body. Begin by hand tightening the two bolts in the picture to center the valve body. Install the other retaining bolts and torque to 71 in lb. While the pan in removed, adjust the TV Bowden cable until the cable lever just touches the TV plunger. Then you can fine tune the TV cable after a road test. valve body |
