Unhappy Electrical problems 1987 560 sel

Hi,

Any help will be appreciated. After leaving my lights on I jumped started my 1987 560sel with my 200 amp quick start charger (as opposed to using a trickle charge). In hindsight I assume this was a dumb thing to do because now my radio does not work, my passanger seat continously go slightly forward and then back and my car looses its charge overnight. I have removed the fuses for the radio, set as well as a few others but it continues to loose its charge. I assume I have screwed up the electronics on the radio and seat controller but I cant seem to figure out why it keeps loosing its charge.

First - should I never jump start with quick start charger and only use trickle?

Second - shouldn't the overvoltage protection fuse/system have stopped this and blown the fuse? (the fuse does not look blown to me)? Should I change this part?

Finally - Any directions or suggestions about finding out why it is loosing its charge.

THANKS!!
