96 C280 Check Strap Broken Check

Hi, The driver door checkstrap is broken on 96 c280. What is required to replace it and is this a Mercedes only part? Also the part inside the door has broken away from the two attachment bolts. What should I expect to pay for the part(s).

Any advice would be appreciated
