The manual says Dexron II can Dexron III be used or will this cause shift troubles?

Dex III is the current formula
now available. I don't think you can
get dex II anymore.
Anyway it should be fine. I use dex III for my 300d trans
and steering reservoir.

I wondered since I hadn't seen any Dex II at the parts store.
