98 E430 probably need blower regulator

Just want an update after reading replies to a search on blower regulator for w210's.

If I get under the passanger side and remove the cover and plate I will see the blower. Do I need to remove the blower to get to the regulator?

Can I use the 140 blower regulator that is on fastlane for my 98 w210? It looks to sell for about $270.00 bucks. The stuff for regulators for the E430 comes up not in stock. Finally if I have to order a new blower for the w210, does the one on fastlane include the regulator with the blower? It seems to go for around $470 bucks.
