C220 Head Gasket Replacement

I need to have the head gasket replaced in my wife's 1995 C220 (4 cylinder DOHC). Any idea what this will cost? One local dealer has estimated $1170. Does this appear to be in line with your personal experience?

$1200.00 does not seem to be bad at all. Especialy from the dealer, in my shop I get abot 1200.00. Seems very fair.
