2001 SLK 320 Headlight Upgrade

Hey Everyone:

How difficult/complicated/expensive is it to replace the standard halogen headlights with the xenon units? I know the wattage is different, and the units have a self leveling device, but is there any way to retrofit them without breaking the bank?
