disable klima relay?

In their ongoing efforts to fix my ACC system, my indy shop has suggested they disable the klima relay which I assume they intend to do to keep it from shutting off the compressor. Currently the compressor will disengage at various times and won't re-engage until I cycle the ignition. Is this a wise course of action?

Did they verify that the belt is tight and not slipping?

If the compressor slows down compared to the engine speed, it will shut down exactly as you've described.

They keep telling me the belt and tensioner are fine. It's very frustrating. I have changed the receiver drier, pushbutton, and put in a new klima already.
