Oil Filter

Which oil filter is the preferred one:

MB
Hengst
Bosch
Mann

I have been buying filters from the dealership but looking to see if there is anything else that the forum members recommend.

Hengst, Knecht-Mahle, & Mann are ALL OE for MB's. What model car?

Lately the dealers are GETTING some cheap filters from France made by Purflux. 102-180-05-01(spin-on)

I use Bosch, but not the ones in Autozone/Pep Boys. I get 'em online from MB part sellers.

I use Hengst or Mann, whatever one is the cheapist online. Bosch seem to cost more for some reason.

I just bought a Mann from the dealer. I asked specifically for it because I wanted one made of fleece. He said the fleece is what is called for and is the only they carry. (99CLK320). I also don’t see any others available from online sources, so that pretty much narrows it down for me. The fleece is cool looking and supposed to be a better than paper.
