Hi guys,
I am swapping motor /transmission out of my baby 87 300 DT 6 cyl diesel which is wrecked with 220k on it,into another 87 complete body
Any tips,shortcuts,be sure to do's?
Should remove from bottomside or top? any repairs / checks to do while out?or do before I pull ?
What time frame am I looking at? I have heavy hoist and have swapped Jap motors before but this is my 1st diesel swap.
Any help/tips/suggestions/ websites/pics ect will be greatly appreciated
