This is why we drive Mercedes

I found this video showing an accident with a mercedes at 120mph.
The driver gets out like nothing ever happend.

I think that show always "over estimates" speeds. Still, shows the safety systems worked well. What kind of car was that? A 90s SL?

Wow, I had no idea that the roofs on those things would actually stay on during a roll over. Amazing that a removable hardtop was able to stay on, now that's engineering.

Its a 129, and its got the automatic deploying rollbar, which no doubt came into play here.

I like his dumb commentary. "At 120mph, and it couldn't take the speed." Yeah right, because at 120Mph most MB's are just well beyond their limits.

More like an idiot driver that doesn't know how to drive fast. And Mr. Commentary also didn't seem at all impressed that this guy was able to leave the car that just flipped at 120mph.

That's not why I drive 'em. One of them won't even go 120mph. The other has seen 115 with me behind the wheel...too fast for me.
