W115 300D for sale
I am trying to sell my car I have a Grey and black 1975 W115 300D. I found that this car was only produced between 1975-76 then they stopped making this particular model.
I am the 2nd owner , It is using the 617 5 cylinder diesel motor and a Turbo was added to by the prevous owner. Over the summer I was going to do some engine and transmission work, but I got side tracked(College). Now being a college student I don't have any money to restore the car, and I won't have a place to store it soon so I am faced with a decision to sell the car. The body of the car is very solid, I replaced the driver side floor pan, but the front passenger side floor pan is rusted aswell as the floor of the trunk I replaced the trunk seal, and there is a few little dents on the rear right fender, and there is a rust bubble the size of a quarter on the hood of the car. The car needs a new paint job. The rear shocks are brand new. The interior: needs a new headliner the seats are in very good condition, the seats are made of MB Tex. This is the only car that i have owned with a copper radiator. The motor and transmission are out of the car. But I have all the parts you will need to put it back in. The Odometer will need some work,The car sat for a year before I bought It.The Odometer registers 96,000 miles, but I think it has over 100,000 miles. $1100Firm for everything or you can take the body for $300 the motor $400, and transmission $400 I will be happy to answer any questions you have about the car. Is (was?) it an automatic or standard tranny. If it's a standard, is it a 4-speed or a 5-speed? -CTH

where are you???
What color interior? How's the backseat? Armrest condition??? Pics'd be exelent... Location would be better, because I'd buy the body for $300 in a heartbeat if its in good shape ~Nate
