280S vac lines and tach pickup...

I finally got my 280S running... well sorta. I can't tell if the carb is on the fritz or if I have a pile of vac leaks as it will stay running with your foot into the pedal. Many of the connections to the base of the Solex are so loose you can knock them off by hand.

Anyway, anyone know what size the proper flex rubber tubing is under the hood?

Also, does the carb model have a tach pickup installed? I have some wires floating around behind the dash that worry me as I have no clue where they go. A diagram would be most helpful if anyone knows where to find one...
