Cam chain tentioner removal

hi all,

I need to do the head gasket on my 72 250 M130 W114 and the haynes manuals says to remove the bolt next to the #1 cilinder head and screw in a suitable bolt?

I took off a large nut Only to find out it was under tention by spring.

I take it I took off the wrong bolt?

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Also does anybody know what job # it's on the CD? I could not find it.

Thx

Additional:

The exact wording in the book is :
From the front uppper edge of the cylinder head remove the chain tentioner sprocket bol. Screw in a suitable bolt into the sprocket shaf and extract the shaft and sprocket.

The big nut disassembles the tensioner, essentially you've slacked it. Should be pair of bolts on either side of it.

Thx 240.

I guess I also put up the wrong title. The manual says you need to remove the tensioner sprocket.

The exact wording in the book is :
From the front uppper edge of the cylinder head remove the chain tentioner sprocket bol. Screw in a suitable bolt into the sprocket shaf and extract the shaft and sprocket.

I don't see how to do this...

Thanks again...
