Are you using premium gas? The euro m110 NEEDS it with its high compression. If it's gutless and rough, something is seriously wrong. Just gutless... well, that'd be a US-spec carbed m110.

update: it appears to not be the euro, all gauges are american, no import tags., modified a 360 rodchester and ran it around last night, drove to work this morning, definetly way way smoother, and more responsive,
really like having a manual choke. still very underpowered, but now that I know its not the euro, with only 8:1 compression I think I will put this air research turbo on the 110. it should take 4-8 lbs of boost without issues, it also runs pretty quiet after setting the valves. |

Unless you are used to a v8, the 110 should have good power. I think maybe you don't have everything right yet. Have you checked the ignition timing yet?

All the above-mentioned items instruments, door tags, plus bumpers, headlamps, etc. can be changed if one wants to. The best way to determine the car's origin is to look where the back bumper mounts to the body. Even if the car has Euro bumpers, you can easily see the bumper-shock holes for the ugly American bumpers if the car was made for the American market. (Caution w/the front. The holes are there on both Euro & American market cars.
