1961 190d glow indicator on the fritz

The glow indicator on my 190d is staying on after the engine fires up. Have to turn ingnition to off position to drive?? What's up??? Car runs great other than that. Please HeLp!@#$

Some times the switch sticks.start car push switch in just a little to detent. spray electrical clearner in switch work in and out . spring in switch may be going bad. when you push switch in should stop car. could be out of adjustment. adjust at fuel pump.

pull back till giow plugs window gets red. pull back to start. push back till fell detent should cut off glow plugs. if not you can adj at injector pump.
