oil filter

WIX showed a filter for the 6.9 that was about 3/4 in short and the same smaller in dia. than the one that came out. Anybody have a good # for the 6.9 oil filter w/o going to the dealer?

Knecht or Mahle are the ones to go with. One of the two doesnt come with the copper o ring so you need to buy that extra.

Seems like an internet purchase. Probably no one here with one. Has a Mahle in it now, I think.
