Merc 6,3 engine and box

Although South Africa is so full of classic Mercedes Benz cars and parts i cannot seem to find a 6,3 l engine and auto box for my project.
Can any body help at a good price. The exchange rate is going to kill me.........please help, if you can

But, you really want one?

Also, you're in a right handed driving world, correct? The 6.3 RHD sedans had all sorts fun issue related to manifolds, starters and steering boxes. Ron Bunting (mercmad6.3 here) can fill in those details far better than I can.

Would a 6.9 suit you? They are more plentiful.
