Question about dropping rear axle

Does anyone have any hints on how to break free the 19mm bolt that's attached to the unibody (up and at an angle from the center of the axle towards the passenger side) underneath the car? The two arms w/ four bolts, as well as everything I can take off in the trunk (shocks and axle mount) seem to be doable, but that last one is a total pain!

Also, how many bolts do I have to remove to drop the trans (200D)?
