Clean the headlight switch?
It's starting to get cold, colder than any other weather I've driven this car in, and my headlamp switch is a real bi***h to turn on first thing in the morning. It's a slow fluid but VERY hard turn. Can this unit be taken apart and cleaned?

not really but probably gummed up or could have moisture in it, have you tried electical contact cleaner ?
