Before you pull new wires to the pump, make sure you have always + at pump when on contact. The pump on D-Jets are switched by closing the ground connection. So there should always be +12V at the + terminal when on contact. If not, problem is in the volt supply upstream (fuse box).
You can also take a spare car battery, put it under the car and use that to supply + volts on the pump for testing. So, check whether you have + at pump from fuse and/or spare battery. If so, and pump does not work when you put car on contact (you should hear the 2 sec frrrt) or when you crank the car, your ground circuit is faulty. Try adding a manual switch first to ground from fuel pump ground terminal to see what happens. That way you bypass the ECU, relay and crank switching completely and you can see whether your car runs fine with that manual override on your pump. Also check master relay connections incl the one to battery. Corrosion there can cause all kinds of weird problems (low voltage to ECU, etc). Good luck (been there...) Bert
